Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our established FM engineering team. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across client sites, fault finding and repairs, ensuring electrical systems, lighting, switchgear and building services are safe and compliant.

You will work as part of a seven-engineer mobile team with support from four Supervisors and four Contract Managers, handle BMS alarms, and update work records in

Qualifications

• Proven electrical fault-finding skills in FM/building services environments.
• Experience maintaining electrical systems, lighting, switchgear and building services.
• Strong awareness of electrical safe working practices and Electricity at Work Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across client sites.
• Perform electrical fault finding, diagnosis and repairs.
• Maintain electrical systems, lighting, small power and switchgear.
• Support HVAC and other mechanical/electrical systems.
• Respond to BMS alarms and use building systems for fault diagnosis.
