Job summary
ISS Facilities Services in the UK seeks a Mobile Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineer to deliver world-class building maintenance across client properties in Leicester with regional travel. The role covers air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical systems, including fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installations.
The candidate will perform both reactive and planned preventative maintenance, manage contractor activities, and participate in the callout rota.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration or building services maintenance.
- Background in fault finding, maintenance and installation activities.
- Experience with both reactive and planned preventive maintenance.
- Experience in Facilities Management or building services environments.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair and modify air conditioning equipment, compressors, chillers and controls.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
- Repair or replace defective parts including thermostats, relays and sensors.
- Electrical maintenance, installation and alterations on systems and wiring.
- Install, calibrate and test refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults and support building services systems.
