Job summary

ISS Facilities Services in Leven is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to provide electrical and building services maintenance across a portfolio of client properties within the designated region.

The role involves fault finding, repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and installation work, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. Full UK driving license and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering reactive and PPM building services maintenance.
• Experience working within facilities management or building services environments, ideally across commercial properties.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and building services maintenance across a portfolio of client properties.
• Undertake electrical fault finding, repairs, installations and maintenance activities.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded through high-quality service delivery.
• Support wider building services maintenance activities, including fabric, HVAC and mechanical tasks.
• Participate in the on-call rota and provide callout response when required.
• Undertake contractor control duties, including monitoring contractor performance and workmanship.
• Issue and manage Permits to Work in accordance with site and client requirements.
