Job summary

Multitask Personnel is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our facilities management team. This mobile role covers client sites, delivering both planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance to a high standard while keeping electrical systems safe, compliant and fully operational.

The successful candidate will have Level 3 electrical qualification and 18th Edition, strong fault-finding skills, Water Hygiene knowledge, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Level 3 Electrical qualification (Craft/Old Craft or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Experience in a Foot Mobile/Mobile Electrical Engineer role within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong electrical fault-finding, maintenance and repair skills.
• Working knowledge of Water Hygiene requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services.
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
• Complete routine inspections, testing and maintenance in line with current regulations.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and complies with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and site stakeholders.
• Support the wider engineering team when required.
• Apply Water Hygiene knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
