Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer for deployment around Swindon. You will perform electrical maintenance across commercial sites, ensuring reliability and safety of electrical systems.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds) in Electrical Installation, AM2, and 18th Edition knowledge, with travel between sites and a company vehicle supplied. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified with an NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Electrical Installation.
• AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2) certificate.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform reactive maintenance tasks.
• Undertake minor installation tasks, including power supply, lighting, and distribution.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, ensuring timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient maintenance operations.

My client have an exciting position available in the Swindon area for a skilled individual to join their team. You will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance services in various commerical sites, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:
