Job Description

We are seeking a Front of House Reception – Mobile Cover Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional and flexible reception cover when our permanent staff are absent, creating a welcoming environment for clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide seamless temporary reception cover, managing the reception area and meeting expectations.
  2. Greet and manage visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Represent stakeholders with a knowledgeable approach.
  4. Manage couriers, post, and deliveries.
  5. Conduct general administrative tasks and submit weekly reports.
  6. Develop relationships with clients, agents, and contractors.
  7. Maintain a pristine reception area and vacant spaces.
  8. Collaborate with property and facilities managers.
  9. Report and manage issues, prioritizing building security.
  10. Support site promotional events and understand local amenities.
