Location: Richmond Villages Bede, Hospital Lane, Bedworth, CV12 0PB

Salary range: £12.40ph & Excellent Benefits

Contract: Permanent - 30 hrs

Shift Patterns: 4 days - Hours Between 8-7pm to include weekends on rota.

From setting up for service to welcoming residents into our restaurant - we’re looking for a friendly Host to deliver an excellent dining experience. This also includes access to our online portal with a variety of resources to aid personal development & free access to LinkedIn's online learning platform.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Setting up tables in the restaurant and café
• Serving in the restaurant and café at mealtimes
• Preparing trays and providing room service to village residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals
• Serving drinks at the bar as required (applicants over 18 years old)
• Ensuring the restaurant and café are tidy and meet all high standards
• Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times
• Supporting other areas as required, such as serving meals to or removing trays from residents’ rooms, restocking resident kitchens, or delivering refreshments across the village

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

You care for others and want to make a real difference. You have previous customer service experience and possibly some catering or kitchen experience, though training is provided. You’re a great communicator, enjoy working in a close-knit team, and aim to deliver excellent service while maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
