Norse Group is recruiting a Mobile Cook Manager for Norse Care to serve residents across Norwich and Kings Lynn areas. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, with shift patterns from 7:30am to 6:30pm and one weekend on/off.

You will lead busy kitchens, manage catering staff, and ensure meals meet dietary needs including IDDSI textures, while following food safety and budget guidelines.

• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage kitchens and catering staff, including preparing, cooking and serving meals to residents.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, health and safety and food allergen policies.
• Use kitchen management systems and collaborate with care teams to deliver person-centred dining.
