Job summary

Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd is partnering with a rapidly growing building services provider to recruit a Contract Manager to oversee a commercial maintenance portfolio across the City of London and West End.

You will lead an engineering team, manage contract delivery, budgets and P&L, while ensuring service, compliance and health and safety standards and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in electrical installations, mechanical engineering, air conditioning or HVAC.
• Experience managing commercial maintenance contracts and engineering teams.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Commercial awareness with budgets, WIP and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and the engineering team.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the commercial maintenance contract.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and attend regular meetings.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify, propose and manage additional works and projects.
• Oversee WIP, budgets and P&L.
• Lead recruitment, staff development, appraisals and performance management.
• Prepare and review contract reports with accurate information.
• Identify opportunities to secure additional business and growth.
