Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Contract Manager (Building Services) in the City of London to oversee a hard services maintenance contract, manage KPIs/SLAs, and lead a team of M&E engineers to drive profitability.

You will manage client relationships, attend meetings, coordinate subcontractors, and handle additional works, with travel provided and a potential yearly bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance as Contract Manager.
• Ability to oversee a team of M&E Engineers.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• CAFM knowledge or experience with CAFM systems.
• Client management experience.
• Technical background relevant to building services.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of the hard services maintenance contract.
• Manage PPM and reactive maintenance programmes for engineers.
• Provide technical support to client and engineering team.
• Ensure the on-site adherence to quality procedures.
• Run Profit and Loss (P&L) for the contract.
• Manage KPI and SLA performance and reporting.
• Maintain daily client relationships and attend meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialist service providers.
• Support recruitment and staff development.
• Prepare reports and pursue additional business opportunities.
• Oversee health & safety and environmental performance on the contract.
