Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance as a Contract Manager.
• Ability to oversee a team of M&E Engineers.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• CAFM knowledge.
• Client management experience.
• Technical background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the hard services maintenance contract and ensure KPIs/SLA compliance.
• Lead a team of maintenance engineers; manage PPM and reactive programmes.
• Provide technical support to client and engineering team; ensure quality procedures on site.
