Essex Cares Limited is seeking a Care Assistant in reablement to help customers regain independence and live at home. You’ll support with personal care, mobility, and meals, with full training provided.

After induction you’ll be paired with a mentor and, with guaranteed contracted hours, you’ll progress through funded training and qualifications while receiving wellbeing support and a range of benefits. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential as travel around Mid Essex is

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Must have access to a car and full driving licence.
• Willingness to travel around Mid Essex.

Responsibilities

• Help clients regain independence and continue living at home, assisting with personal care, mobility and meals.
• Work with a mentor after induction and progress through paid qualifications.
• Travel between customers with mileage paid at 55p per mile and attendance at training.
