Job summary

Essex Cares Limited is seeking Care Assistants to support customers in reablement within their own homes across Mid Essex. You will help clients relearn daily living skills, assist with personal care, mobility and meals, and work with a mentor during induction.

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential as travel across Braintree, Maldon, Halstead, Chelmsford and surrounding areas is required. Training is provided and guaranteed hours offered with progression opportunities.

• Travel required – you will travel around Mid Essex including Braintree, Maldon, Halstead, Chelmsford and surrounding areas.
• We provide training and induction for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to regain independence and live safely at home.
• Help with personal care, mobility and meal preparation as required.
• Support clients through reablement with mentorship and ongoing training.
• Deliver care in customers’ homes and maintain agreed schedules.
