Essex Cares Limited (ECL) is hiring a Care Assistant to support customers in reablement at home across Colchester and surrounding areas. You’ll help clients relearn daily living skills, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.

Training is provided, with a mentor during induction and opportunities for progression. Having a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential as you will travel between customers.

Formación

• Full driving licence and own vehicle essential.
• Willing to travel around Colchester and surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients in reablement to regain independence at home, supporting personal care, mobility and meal preparation.
• Provide training and mentoring with induction, then progress within the company with paid qualifications and wellbeing support.
• Travel to client locations across Colchester, Mersea and surrounding areas as required.
