The role is a mobile position across local housing estates, requiring a full UK driving licence. You will clean communal entrances, stairwells, and shared spaces, while maintaining safety and resident satisfaction.

A company van, travel allowance, and equipment are provided to support your work between sites.

Qualifications

• Background in communal cleaning, commercial cleaning, caretaking, or frontline facilities management.
• Practical knowledge of cleaning chemicals and COSHH guidelines.
• Full UK driving licence is essential due to mobility between sites.

Responsibilities

• Mobile cleaning across local housing estates and blocks.
• Estate care including litter removal, graffiti, bin store checks.
• Safety checks including fire doors and safety lights; report issues promptly.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members.
