Job summary

Abri is seeking a Communal Services Cleaner to join our frontline team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will travel between properties, care for communal areas, and ensure entrances, stairwells and corridors are presented to a high standard.

You will work independently, manage your own workload, and contribute to safe, clean and welcoming spaces for residents, with a full UK driving licence required to travel between locations. Experience in cleaning or facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be reliable, organised and practical.
• Experience in cleaning, caretaking or facilities roles preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Clean entrances, stairwells and corridors to a high standard.
• Carry out litter picking, graffiti removal and safety checks.
• Travel between properties and manage own workload.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
