Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Communal Services Cleaner for a 3-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for permanent extension. The role involves mobile cleaning across local housing estates, ensuring clean, safe and welcoming communal spaces for residents.

You will travel between estates, perform litter picking and basic maintenance, and carry out health and safety checks. A full UK driving licence is essential, with equipment and a company van provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in communal or commercial cleaning.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Ability to work mobile across estates.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal entrances, stairwells, hallways and landings across estates.
• Perform litter picking and basic graffiti removal.
• Carry out safety checks including fire doors and safety lights; report hazards promptly.
• Provide a friendly, on-site customer service to residents.
