Randstad CPE is seeking a reliable Communal Services Cleaner for a 3-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for permanent conversion. The role covers cleaning shared entrances, stairwells and landings across local housing estates, ensuring spaces are clean, safe and welcoming for residents.

The position is mobile: you will travel between sites with a company van, require a full UK driving licence, and work independently while upholding high standards of cleanliness and resident service.

Qualifications

• Background in communal cleaning or frontline facilities management.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and COSHH guidelines.
• Experience with routine cleaning equipment.
• Full UK driving licence is essential for mobile work.

Responsibilities

• Travel between estates to clean communal entrances and stairwells.
• Perform litter picking, graffiti removal and area upkeep.
• Carry out safety checks and report hazards via mobile device.
• Provide friendly, professional on-site service to residents.
