Job summary

Kindred is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead and mentor cleaning teams across multiple sites in the Lincolnshire area. The role is 30 hours per week with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour and a work vehicle provided.

You will perform site inspections, ensure health and safety, manage stock, and build strong relationships with site contacts. DBS clearance and a valid UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Holder of a valid UK driving license.
• Can reliably commute throughout working area.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.

Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Pay rate: £14.00 per hour + Work Vehicle Provided.

Working times: Monday to Friday, 08:00-11:00 AND 14:30-18:30 (30 Hours per week).

Location: Based in and around the Lincolnshire area, covering multiple sites.

Requirements:

• Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

• Manual UK Driving License required.

Required Criteria

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules, site instructions, and company procedures.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites as part of the role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Basic understanding of health and safety in a cleaning environment.

Desired Criteria

• First aid, manual handling, or health and safety training.
• Basic IT skills, including use of mobile apps, email, or digital reporting systems.
• Confidence dealing with client or site contact queries.
• Knowledge of COSHH procedures.
• Experience working across multiple sites.
