Job summary

Kindred is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning teams across multiple sites around Worcestershire. The role requires a valid UK driving license, the ability to travel across sites, and DBS clearance.

Pay is £15.00 per hour with a 30-hour framework, Monday to Friday shifts, and vehicle provided. Applicants should be able to manage stock and equipment, uphold safety standards, and communicate effectively with site contacts.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Holder of a valid UK driving license.
• Can reliably commute throughout working area.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Communication in English; English as a first language not required.

Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour.

Working times: Monday to Friday, various days, various hours (30 HOURS)

Location: In and around Worcestershire, vehicle provided.

Requirements:

• Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
• Manual UK Driving License required.

Required Criteria

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules, site instructions, and company procedures.Previous experience in a cleaning role.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites as part of the role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Basic understanding of health and safety in a cleaning environment.

Desired Criteria

• First aid, manual handling, or health and safety training.
• Basic IT skills, including use of mobile apps, email, or digital reporting systems.Confidence dealing with client or site contact queries.
• Knowledge of COSHH procedures.
• Experience working across multiple sites.
