Job summary

Kindred is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor based in the Lincolnshire area with frequent site travel. You will lead and mentor cleaning teams across multiple sites, conduct site inspections, provide hands-on cleaning support, and manage stock and equipment.

The role requires a valid UK driving license, ability to commute, and strong English communication. You will ensure health and safety, COSHH compliance, and cultivate positive relationships with site contacts.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Holder of a valid UK driving license.
• Able to commute throughout working area.
• Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks.
• Providing hands-on cleaning support and cover as needed.
• Managing cleaning stock, materials and equipment.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and COSHH.
