• Coordinate and assure cleaning service delivery across an allocated portfolio of client sites.
• Provide operational link between the Managing Director, cleaning teams and client/building representatives.
• Ensure scheduled cleaning is delivered to the required standard.
• Supervise, train and support staff; coordinate absence and cover.
• Provide responsive operational support to clients.
• Control stock, equipment and compliance requirements.
• Evidence operational activity through JobLogic and Maple's systems.
