Job summary

Join Sodexo Group as a Site-Based Cleaning Operative covering sites in the Leeds/Doncaster/Sheffield area. You will maintain high cleanliness standards across the site, supporting residents and staff and working 40 hours per week from Mon-Fri 06:00-14:30 with occasional weekend work.

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks.
• Periodic deep cleaning of certain areas, instructed by supervisor.
• Ensure all areas, including kitchens, toilets, communal areas are cleaned and are presentable.
• Replenishing stock and consumables such as toilet tissue and hand soaps.
• You’ll work closely with the security team, reporting any faults or hazards whilst also helping maintain the cleanliness of their areas too!
• This role requires you to have an approachable attitude.

Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Site-Based Cleaning Operative to join our team covering sites in the Leeds / Doncaster / Sheffield area.

In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site. Your efforts will directly contribute to the health, hygiene, and comfort of the residents and staff at each site.

Approved Premises play a key role in supporting individuals released from prison, offering enhanced supervision and rehabilitation within the community. This role will give you insight in working in a residential setting with vulnerable and complex individuals, providing meaningful work that supports positive change.

What you’ll do:

What you bring:
