Job description

We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend a number of sites for one of our Social Housing partners, in Slough, Berkshire - and surrounding areas.

This is a 37.5 hours full-time, permanent position, working 8.00 am - 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but a Company Vehicle is provided.

Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Mobile Cleaner:

• Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
• Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
• Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
• Hoover carpeted areas.
• Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
• Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
• Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels.
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks.

What are we looking for?

• Prior professional cleaning experience.
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
• Willing to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (We pay for the DBS to be carried out).
