Job summary

An established industry player is looking for a Mobile Cleaner to support their Social Housing partners in Enfield and surrounding areas. This full-time, permanent role requires a commitment of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience, be IT literate, and possess strong communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various sites, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. Job description

We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend a number sites for one of our Social Housing partners, in Enfield, North London - and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per, Monday to Friday.

Hourly pay rate is £13.15.

A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but Company Vehicle is provided.

Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / MobileCleaner:

• Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
• Hoovering of carpeted areas
• Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
• Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
• Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks

What are we looking for?

• Prior professional Cleaning experience
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
• Willing to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (We cover the cost of the DBS check)
