Job description

We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend multiple sites for one of our Social Housing partners in Haringey, North London, and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

The hourly pay rate is £13.85.

A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but a company vehicle will be provided.

Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Mobile Cleaner:

1. Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
2. Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
3. Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
4. Hoover carpeted areas.
5. Empty waste bins or similar receptacles and transport waste material to designated collection points.
6. Mix cleaning supplies in correct quantities for safe use.
7. Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
8. Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.

What are we looking for?

1. Prior professional cleaning experience.
2. IT literacy (use of tablet, smartphone apps).
3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
4. Willingness to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (we cover the cost of the DBS check).
