We are seeking a Periodic Mobile Cleaner to attend a number sites for one of our largest Social Housing partners in South East London.

You'll be travelling to premises across Sidcup, Woolwich, Thamesmead & Erith.

Working hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate will start between £12.21 - £12.40

A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, a Company Vehicle is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Scrub and sanitize all high-touch surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals to clean carpets, upholstery, and hard floors.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, light fixtures, and vents.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental policies.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring all supplies are replenished (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
• Clean windows, glass, and mirrors to a high standard.
• Clean and sanitize common areas, break rooms, and kitchen spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Follow safety guidelines while handling cleaning supplies and equipment.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential
• Full Manual driving license required
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
