Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking a mobile cleaner to join a leading Housing Association in Ely and surrounding areas for a 6-8 week temporary contract. Work includes cleaning void properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal, and bedding pack distribution. A full UK driving licence is essential.

40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, starting ASAP from CB6 depot. Candidates should have prior cleaning experience, reliable transport to the depot by 8am, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in general and deep cleaning of social housing properties (voids).
• Must have full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal.
• Clean void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
• Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
• Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
• Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
• Support when no lone working is required.
• Carry out sharps sweeps.
• Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Pay rate: 16.78 per hour umbrella

Previous cleaning experience
Must be able to get to the depot in CB6 for 8am
