A leading cleaning services provider is seeking a Reactive Mobile Cleaner for a portfolio of sites in Luton. The position involves professional cleaning duties across various locations, including dusting, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchens and toilets. Key qualifications include professional cleaning experience and a full UK manual driving licence, with the provision of a company vehicle. The role offers 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, at a rate of £12.21 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dust, damp wipe, or wash surfaces as required.
• Sweep and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Empty waste bins and transport waste to collection points.
• Mix cleaning supplies safely and appropriately.
• Replenish consumables such as soap and paper towels.
• Clean kitchens, toilets, and sinks thoroughly.

We are looking to recruit a Reactive Mobile Cleaner to cover a portfolio of sites around the Luton, Bedfordshire area for our prestigious Social Housing customer.

• 37.5 hours a week
• 8am - 4pm,Monday to Friday
• £12.21 per hour
• UK Manual driving license essential, a company vehicle will be provided

What are we looking for?

• Professional cleaning experience is essential
• Full clean manual UK driving licence is required, but a vehicle is provided
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)

Responsibilities

• Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
• Hoovering of carpeted areas
• Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
• Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
• Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
