Job summary

Graham Rose is seeking an experienced mobile cleaner to join the voids team in Redhill and surrounding areas. You will perform deep cleaning of vacant properties, manage waste, and ensure properties meet lettable standards.

Role requires attention to detail, reliable time management, and a valid UK driving licence. Company vehicle provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in housing or void cleaning.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Good time management and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean vacant properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways and living areas.
• Remove rubbish and leftover items from properties.
• Report any damage, repairs, or health and safety concerns identified during cleaning.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Work with maintenance teams to meet lettable standards.

• Maintain accurate records of completed work when required
