Responsibilities

• Dust and wipe down surfaces including walls and skirting boards.
• Sweep and mop floors as required.
• Empty waste bins and transport waste to collection points.
• Clean kitchens, toilets, and sinks.

Job description

We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend a number sites for one of our Social Housing partners, in Taunton and surrounding areas.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The hourly rate is £13.00

A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but Company Vehicle is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
• Hoovering of carpeted areas
• Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
• Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
• Replenish consumable items. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks

What are we looking for?

• Prior professional Cleaning experience
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
• Willing to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (We cover the cost of the DBS check)
