Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Cleaner to work with a leading Housing Association in Ely and surrounding areas. The role is long-term temporary, with responsibilities including cleaning void properties, external cleans, graffiti removal, and preparing homes for new residents.

Requirements include previous cleaning experience, ability to reach the CB6 depot by 8am, and a full UK driving licence. The position is 40 hours per week, with pay £16.78 per hour umbrella.

Responsibilities

• Clean general areas and void social housing properties.
• Carry out deep cleaning of void properties and external areas.
• Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly; ensure hygienic and well-maintained houses.
• Report repairs to the maintenance office team.
• Support when no lone working is required; perform sharps sweeps.
• Distribute bedding/welcome packs as required.

My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a long term, temporary contract.

• Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal.
• Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
• Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
• Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
• Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
• Support when no lone working is required.
• Carry out sharps sweeps.
• Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.
• FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
