Job summary

Break Charity is seeking a Children’s Mobile Support Worker to join our mobile team across Norfolk. You will work across residential and community settings with young people aged 5–25, providing consistent care and shift coverage.

A full driving licence is required, and you will complete a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare within 24 months, funded by Break. This role is part-time (23 hours per week) with shifts, a salary range of £19,134–£19,383 per year including sleep-ins and mileage,

Qualifications

• Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare to be completed within 24 months (funded by Break).
• Full, valid manual driving licence required.
• Ability to work across multiple services and adapt to a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across Break’s mobile and residential services for young people aged 5–25.
• Cover shifts and work across Norfolk, delivering consistent support.
• Build positive relationships with young people and professionals involved in Break’s services.
