Job summary

Break Charity is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker (Relief) in Lowestoft to work with young people in a dedicated home. You will provide day-to-day care, build trusting relationships and support traumatised youth in a collaborative team.

A Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare is funded and must be completed within 24 months, and a full manual driving licence is required. The role offers hourly pay (£12.74–£12.95) with additional sleep-in pay (£64.95 per night) and is on-site

Qualifications

• Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare is required to be completed within 24 months, funded by Break.
• Full, valid manual driving licence is required.
