Job summary

McCarthy Stone Ltd is seeking a dedicated Mobile Care Assistant to work across our Leicester developments. You will provide personal care, domestic support, and companionship, travelling between sites as required.

The role offers a rota with mornings/evenings and alternate weekends, paid mileage, and a £300 probation bonus. Training is provided; sponsorship is not available. Join to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Valid full UK driving licence and own car to travel between developments.
• Ability to work on a rota including mornings, evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support with daily activities and medication assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas and provide light domestic support.
• Support social activities and travel arrangements to appointments for homeowners.
