McCarthy & Stone Ltd in Chester is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to provide personalised care and domestic services across developments. Travel between sites is required and a valid UK driving licence with own car is essential.

Various shifts between 7am and 10pm on a rota basis, with evening and weekend enhancements. Applicants should be compassionate, proactive, and able to support wellbeing activities for older adults.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but full training provided.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Willingness to travel between developments.
• Ability to work on a rota including early mornings, lates and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas, assist with cleaning, shopping and household tasks.
• Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements, and appointments.
