Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support homeowners in our Aldridge developments. This dual care and domestic role involves assisting with daily activities, personal care and wellbeing, while travelling between sites to deliver high-quality service.

You will work with supervisors and managers to maintain clean environments, provide companionship, and help with social activities, transport and appointments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but full training is provided.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Individual Homeowners with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas, do domestic tasks, shopping and household tasks.
• Provide social support, transport arrangements and help with appointments.
