Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a passionate Care Assistant to join our growing care team. This dual role combines Personal Care and Domestic Services, working with Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Registered Care Manager to deliver bespoke care and lifestyle services, from helping with daily activities to companionship and wellbeing support.

You will travel between developments with a valid UK driving license, enjoy flexible rota including early mornings, lates, alternate weekends and some

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment is preferred, Level 2 Health and Social Care is ideal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy, with good time management.
• Domestic or housekeeping experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic services to homeowners.
• Support wellbeing activities and companionship.
• Travel between developments and cover rota including early mornings, lates, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Assist with medication administration as needed.
