Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team in the Alsager area. This dual role combines personal care and domestic services to support homeowners in our purpose-built developments.

You will travel between sites and work under supervision to deliver bespoke care and wellbeing activities. We offer £14.50 per hour with extra for evenings and weekends, a full UK driving license and access to your own car, travel expenses and mileage paid.

Qualifications

• Previous care environment experience preferred but not essential; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management are important.
• Open to applicants with domestic or housekeeping background.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Maintain communal areas and support housekeeping tasks within developments.
• Support social activities, transportation and appointments for homeowners.
