McCarthy Stone Ltd is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support older homeowners across Grantham and surrounding areas. Earn £14.50 per hour, with extra allowances for evenings and weekends. A £300 probation bonus is on offer. A full UK driving license and access to your own car are essential for this mobile role.

The role combines personal care with domestic services, requiring travel between developments and collaboration with care managers to deliver bespoke support.

Qualificações

• Level 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but full training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management.
• Experience in domestic or housekeeping tasks is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas in developments; support with cleaning and household tasks.
• Assist with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments to enhance wellbeing.
