Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking Mobile Care Assistants to join our care team across Addlestone Park, Weybridge, Cobham and Isleworth areas. You will travel between developments with a full UK driving license and mileage paid. The role offers hourly pay with enhancements for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care environment is preferred but full training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management are essential.
• A valid full UK driving license and access to a car are required; travel between developments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene and medication support.
• Maintain clean and welcoming communal areas and offer domestic assistance as needed.
• Support homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments to enhance wellbeing.
