McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team across Cobham and surrounding areas. The role involves personal care, domestic services, and supporting wellbeing activities, with travel between developments.

The position offers part-time hours on a rota basis, a £14.50 hourly rate, plus 30p extra for evenings and £1.30 extra for weekends, with travel mileage paid at 43p per mile and a £300 probation bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid full UK driving license is required and access to own car.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are essential.
• Willingness to travel between developments and work on a rota including mornings, evenings, weekends.

• Provide personalised care, including help with daily activities and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas and assist with housekeeping tasks.
