Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is hiring Mobile Care Assistants to support older homeowners across Stanley and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care and domestic services, travelling between developments to deliver bespoke care and lifestyle support.

The role combines hands-on care with housework and social activities, requiring compassion, reliability, and the ability to work on a rota that includes early mornings, evenings and weekends. Full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Care experience preferred, but full training is provided.
• Excellent interpersonal and compassionate approach.
• Willingness to travel between developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and domestic assistance to homeowners.
• Maintain communal areas, cleaning and domestic tasks as needed.
• Support social activities, transport and wellbeing for residents.
