Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support older homeowners in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. The role combines personal care and domestic tasks, with travel between developments on a rota that may include early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.

You will provide compassionate, person-centred care, assist with daily activities and wellbeing, and help maintain communal areas. A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are essential, with mileage paid and travel

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
