McCarthy & Stone Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team in Halifax and surrounding areas.

This field-based role involves travelling between developments to deliver Personal Care and Domestic services, with an emphasis on companionship, wellbeing activities and tailored support for older adults. You will work closely with the Field Care Supervisor and Managers to ensure high standards of care, cleanliness and safety across communities.

Qualificações

• Previous care experience preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Valid UK driving license and access to your own car.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and effective time management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas and assist with household tasks to keep developments welcoming.
• Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments.
