McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support older homeowners across our developments. You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, and help with companionship as part of a mobile, field-based team. Travel between sites is required.

The role offers training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow within care services across our UK developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred; full training provided.
• Valid full UK driving license and access to own car.
• Flexibility to work on a rota including mornings, evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Provide domestic support to maintain clean and welcoming communal areas.
• Offer companionship and support wellbeing activities for homeowners.
