McCarthy Stone Ltd is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to deliver personal care and lifestyle services on a mobile basis across Harrogate and surrounding areas. You will work with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Registered Care Manager to support homeowners with personal care, household tasks, companionship, and wellbeing activities.

The role requires travel between developments, delivering care on a rota that includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in care environment; training provided if needed.
• Must have full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic support to homeowners.
• Assist with daily activities, wellbeing, and companionship.
• Travel between developments and maintain cleanliness of communal areas.
