Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking passionate Mobile Care Assistants to join our care team across Patchway and surrounding areas. This role combines personal care with domestic tasks to support our homeowners.

You will travel between developments with mileage paid; hours include mornings, evenings and some weekends. Pay is £14.50 per hour plus up to £1.30 extra for evenings/weekends, and a £300 probation bonus. A valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred, but full training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel between developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic assistance to homeowners.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard in developments.
• Offer companionship and support wellbeing activities.
