Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a compassionate Mobile Care Assistant to support older homeowners across Wolverhampton and surrounding developments. This role combines personal care with domestic tasks and requires travel between sites using your own vehicle and a valid UK driving license.

You will work closely with supervisors and managers to deliver tailored care, companionship and wellbeing activities while keeping communal areas clean and welcoming. Full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment with Level 2 Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and good time management are required.
• Applications from those with domestic or housekeeping experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in communal areas and assist with domestic tasks.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and attendance at appointments to enhance wellbeing.
