Job summary

McCarthy Stone Ltd is seeking Mobile Care Assistants in Epsom and surrounding areas to provide personalised care and domestic support to our homeowners in purpose-built developments.

You will travel between sites using your own car with mileage paid and travel expenses covered; a valid UK driving licence is required. The role offers part-time hours on a rota including mornings, evenings and alternating weekends, with training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to undergo full training for a career change.
• Must be reliable, compassionate and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including assistance with daily activities and medication support.
• Deliver domestic tasks and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and accompany homeowners to appointments.
